Each Fundraiser:

  • Has a designated campaign period

  • Identifies the Benefiting Organization

  • Specifies the percentage or portion of proceeds donated

Big D Kettle Corn is responsible for product production, order processing, and fulfillment. Benefiting Organizations are responsible for promoting their respective campaigns.

3. Eligibility

Purchases may not be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping or pickup options will be displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

Unclaimed pickup orders may be forfeited without refund after the designated pickup period.

11. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

  • All sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
