We started in 2017 with one kettle and a simple idea: make the freshest, crispest kettle corn in North Texas and bring it straight to where the people are — festivals, ballgames, and block parties all over the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Every batch is still popped by hand, the same way, all day long. We don’t sit on inventory or ship from a warehouse full of stale bags. If you’re holding a bag of Big D, it was popped fresh — and odds are you found us by following your nose across North Texas.
Today that one kettle has grown into seven flavors, a national mail-order shop, gift towers, fundraisers, and catering — but it’s still the same family, still the same kettle, still the same crunch.

We pop in small batches in a big steel kettle, stirring by hand so every kernel gets that signature sweet-and-salty glaze and nothing scorches. No automation, no pre-bagged filler.
The corn is Non-GMO and the recipe’s vegan — just kernels, oil, sugar, and salt, popped fresh and bagged on the spot. Seven flavors, from the Original to Honey Habanero, all made the same careful way.
